• Tuck the tip of each wing under the thickest
part and form a triangle.
• Mix all the other ingredients well together.
• Pour over the chicken wings.
• Coat the wings well with the marinade for several minutes then allow
to marinate in a roasting tin, covered with cling film for a few hours.
• Pre heat the oven and place the tin on the top level.
• Cook for 40 mins, - 220°C/4250°F/Gas Mark 7
• Baste and turn the wings frequently until they are glazed and tender.
• Serve hot garnished with red onion rings and lime wedges.
