• Heat the oil and fry the garlic for a minute.
• Add the spices and stir for another minute before adding the prawns.

• Cook on a high heat, stirring until the prawns turn pink.

• Serve the prawns with the sauce poured over.

• Garnished with chopped fresh green chives

450 g / 1 lb king prawns, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp garlic puree
1/2 tsp cumin powder
2 tsp sesame seeds
2 tsp paprika
½ tsp cayenne pepper
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp oyster sauce
Fresh green chives
